A reminder to all students: The holiday break starts earlier than usual this year due to Bayview School booking an extra week of activities prior to the school break. As a result, the last day of class for the month of December is Tuesday, December 7th, 2010. Classes will begin on Tuesday, January 4th, 2011.

Hey guys, I just wanted to drop a line on the advancing of belts ranks. In order to advance takes hard work , dedication and consistency. Just showing up and going through the motions won’t cut it. Everyone has their own comfort zone. The trick is to push past this comfort zone and into to higher limits. It’s in everyone. However, it is up to you as an individual to do this, we can only show the opening as an instructor. Strive to be the best you can be

We hope everyone had a great summer. September is almost here and with that comes the start to another Kenpo season. The schedule remains the same as it was last year. Classes begin on the following days.
Adults: Monday September, 13th 2010
Kids: Tuesday, September 14th 2010
The last class for the 2009 / 2010 season will be on Friday June 18th, 2010. Classes for the 2010 / 2011 season will begin in September 2010. Congratulations to all students who achieved a new rank this year and thanks to everyone for helping make this last year possible. Remember to relax and have fun this summer. Do your best to train once or twice a week as this will make your return in September easier. Have a great summer!
