Reaching Max Numbers!

~When trying to increase your maximum fitness count in say for example Push ups or situps, you should only go for max 1 to 2 times per week. On the of f days  you should be only pushing about 60- 70% of your Maximum. You should notice after a couple of weeks your max number should start to increase . I do these anywhere from 4 to 6 times per week.



~In order to become a good martial artist and to feel comfortable in all positions your body needs to have have a good degree of flexibility. In order to achieve this you must stretch. Even if it is only 5 to 10 min a day, you will benefit from this. However it does take time, so be patient especially the older we get, our body takes a little longer to heal and regenerate.
