We hope everyone had a great summer. September is almost here and with that comes the start to another Kenpo season. The schedule remains the same as it was last year. Classes begin on the following days.

Adults: Monday September, 13th 2010

Kids: Tuesday, September 14th 2010

Last Class for 2009 / 2010 Season

The last class for the 2009 / 2010 season will be on Friday June 18th, 2010. Classes for the 2010 / 2011 season will begin in September 2010. Congratulations to all students who achieved a new rank this year and thanks to everyone for helping make this last year possible. Remember to relax and have fun this summer. Do your best to train once or twice a week as this will make your return in September easier. Have a great summer!

The Final Push

We hope everyone had a relexing spring break. Now that we are back, we’re into the last 3 months of class before summer break. For those of you who are getting close to belt tests, this is the time to make the last “push” before the season ends. If you aren’t that close for a test yet, don’t worry. You still need to prepare yourself for the year end tournament in June. So start working your sparring and practicing a kata because June will be here quick!
