Due to the schoolboard requiring use of the gym for a spring concert, there will be no class on Tuesday, April 17th and Friday, April 20th.

***In lieu of the cancellations for this week, we will be offering a 1 hour kids / adults class at the Beban Park field from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on Friday, April 20th. Please wear your gi pants and belt with running shoes and a shirt that will keep you warm. No gi top is required. The class will only be held if weather permits.***

Congratulations to Michael M who passed his brown belt test on Friday, December 16th, 2011. Michaels test was 4 hours and pushed him to his physical limits which he met very successfully. Thanks to Darren M, Darren C, Matt F and Morgan Z for assisting with sparring.

The 2010 / 2011 Kenpo Karate season has ended. Thanks to all of the students who attended class this year. You are the reason that our club exists. Congratulations to everyone that achieved new belts this year. Congratulations to Colin Nutting, our 2010 / 2011 student of the year.

The 2011 / 2012 Kenpo season will begin in September 2011. Please check back with the website in mid-August for more details. Have a great summer!
